Sidalcea ‘Elsie Heugh’ is a graceful, upright perennial producing elegant spires of soft shell-pink, hollyhock-like flowers from early to mid-summer. The delicate blooms are arranged along slender stems above neat clumps of softly lobed green foliage, bringing lightness and vertical movement to the border.
Its gentle colouring and relaxed habit make it an excellent choice for cottage gardens, mixed borders, and naturalistic planting, where it blends beautifully with grasses and other early summer perennials. The open flowers are also highly attractive to bees and other pollinators, adding both beauty and wildlife value to the garden.
Reliable and refined, ‘Elsie Heugh’ is one of the best soft pink sidalceas for a classic herbaceous border. Pairs well with other perennials
