☀️ Position:
Full sun is ideal, but it will tolerate very light shade.
🌿 Soil:
Moist but well-drained soil. Adapts to loam, clay, or sandy types as long as drainage is good.
💧 Watering:
Water regularly in the first growing season. Once established, it is relatively drought-tolerant.
🧤 Spacing:
Allow 60–90 cm between plants. Forms a neat clump around 1.2–1.5 metres tall.
✂️ Maintenance:
Leave standing through winter for structure and wildlife. Cut back to 15–20 cm in early spring before new shoots emerge.
