Returns Policy
- Eligibility for Returns: If your plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item.

- Non-Returnable Items: Due to their perishable nature, plants that are not reported within the 7-day window cannot be returned or refunded.
