Verbena ‘Bampton’ is a graceful, long-flowering perennial valued for its airy heads of small violet-purple flowers carried on striking dark purple stems. The finely textured foliage is also flushed with deep bronze-purple tones, giving the plant colour and presence even before flowering begins.

Blooming from midsummer well into autumn, the delicate flower clusters seem to float above neighbouring plants, bringing movement and transparency to mixed borders and naturalistic planting schemes. Its relaxed habit allows it to weave beautifully through grasses and late perennials, while the nectar-rich flowers are highly attractive to bees and butterflies.

Elegant, resilient, and exceptionally versatile, ‘Bampton’ has become a modern favourite for contemporary and prairie-style planting.  Pairs well with other perennials
