Sidalcea ‘Candida Alba’ is a graceful, upright perennial producing slender spires of pure white, hollyhock-like flowers from early to mid-summer. The blooms are arranged along tall, wiry stems, rising above neat clumps of softly lobed foliage and bringing light, vertical movement to the border.
Elegant and easy to place, this prairie mallow blends beautifully through mixed borders and naturalistic planting, pairing well with grasses and other early summer perennials. Its open flowers are also attractive to bees and other pollinators, adding both beauty and ecological value to the garden.
Pairs well with other sun-loving perennials
