Sidalcea ‘Candida Alba’ is an upright, clump-forming perennial with slender stems carrying numerous delicate, cup-shaped white flowers above fresh green foliage. Its graceful habit makes it particularly effective towards the middle or front of mixed borders and cottage-garden planting.
A reliable summer perennial, it brings light, airy colour without becoming coarse, and works especially well alongside grasses and other soft-toned perennials. It prefers fertile soil that does not dry out excessively and benefits from deadheading to extend flowering.
