Sanguisorba ‘Pink Tanna’ is a refined, compact burnet producing slender stems topped with neat, cylindrical pink flower spikes. Flowering from mid to late summer, the soft pink catkins rise lightly above finely divided foliage, creating movement and texture in the border.
Smaller and more compact than many burnets, this elegant perennial is well suited to the front or middle of mixed borders, as well as naturalistic planting with grasses and other summer perennials. Reliable and easy to grow, ‘Pink Tanna’ is also attractive to pollinating insects. Pairs well with other sun-loving perennials
