Carex testacea, also known as Prairie Fire, is a stunning evergreen grass that produces vivid green leaves tipped with a brilliant bright orange. The foliage turns a darker burnt orange in autumn, produces brown flower spikes during summer and adds warmth and colour during the bleak winter months.
