Aster pyrenaeus ‘Lutetia’ is a graceful, late-summer perennial producing large, lavender-blue daisy flowers with warm golden centres. Flowering from late summer into early autumn, the open blooms are carried on slender stems above fresh green foliage, bringing gentle colour and elegance to the border.

Less vigorous and more refined than many autumn asters, this attractive species is ideal for mixed borders, cottage gardens, and naturalistic planting. Its clear flower colour blends beautifully with grasses and other late perennials, while the nectar-rich blooms are highly attractive to bees and other pollinators.  Pairs well with other sun-loving perennials
