Bound to be an instant favourite, this New York Aster produces loads of intensely violet-blue asters that are highly visible, not to mention highly attractive, even at a distance. Marie Ballard displays tidy mounds of vibrant, 2″ fully double, violet-blue flowers. An outstanding choice for brightening borders or walkways. Blooms in abundance over an extended period that lasts well into autumn. Butterflies and pollinators will appreciate the late-season nourishment, too.
