Probably the best Michaelmas daisy, flowering late summer through autumn, mildew free, and about a metre tall, unless you chelsea-chop early in the season. Always very reliable and forms a large clump after a few years. A very beautiful blue. I find it very mildew resistant and very hardy, a bomb=pfoof plant every border should have
